Gabor Kerekes was born in 1986 in Budapest, Hungary. Growing up in a country that just opened up in 1990 to the western world after many decades of Communism, defiantly made a mark in him. By his father's interests in computing gave an early chance to access computers which in years of time landed Gabor spending free time and school hours of studying to be a multimedia developer and a hobby digital art maker.

In these years of exploration of pixel picture-making, the trial has been made in territories as graffiti as well. At the end of these studies, he spent near a decade of graphic designing until the influence from a romance pushed him towards painting. His newly discovered passion for painting has lead him to attend courses at one of Budapest's art school on the weekends chiseling his skillset.

In 2016, after an exhausting period of years in the advertisement business, he decided to quit his job and ended up heading towards England to start something new. Which has lead to our current times when he is trying to succeed in the art-world whit his paintings influenced deeply by the previous design impulses gathered from the commercial years.

Gabor also attends live art competitions and some of his artworks had been published by a local, emerging art magazine. And of course, if this wasn't enough at the end of the day for him besides his daily job, then taking pictures with his camera is another thing that keeps him going.
